Orders placed on our website cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Complaints and Grievances
For product or post-delivery complaints/grievances, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. Appropriate action will be taken.
If the product delivered is physically damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please reach out to us promptly.
- Delivery Status
For delivery-related issues, notify us within 2 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message from our partner. We will investigate and take necessary steps.
- Refunds and Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 2 working days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be credited within 15 working days of approval.
