1 Pack Schobern® Classic Muffin Mix
1/3 Cup Water (75ml)
1/2 Cup Melted Butter (120g)
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
3 Eggs

Recipe

Prepare:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the muffin tin or line them with muffin cups for easy release.

Mix the Ingredients:

In a medium mixing bowl, place all the ingredients except for the blueberries. Using an electric mixer or a hand whisk, mix on slow speed for 30 seconds until combined.

Increase the speed to medium and continue mixing for 3-4 minutes until the batter is smooth and well incorporated. Gently fold the blueberries into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Spoon the Batter:

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters full.

Bake:

Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 to 25 minutes or until the centers are springy to the touch or a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
