1 Pack Schobern® Original Cookie Mix

2 Tbsp Water (30ml)

3/4 Stick Softened Melted Butter (78 gms)

Prepare

Preheat the oven to 180*. Line the baking sheets with parchment paper or use an ungreased pan.

Mix

In a bowl, combine the Cookie mix, water and softened unsalted butter. Use an electric beater or spoon to blend them together, hand kneading if necessary. Allow the dough to rest in the fridge for 10 mins. Fold in the chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop or shape into balls using hands. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet 10 cm apart. Do not flatten the dough balls.

Bake

Bake at 170*C. For large cookies, bake for 12-14mins and small cookies for 10-13mins or until evenly golden brown. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes on the sheet before transferring it to wire rack to cool. Store Cooled cookies in airtight container.
