1 Pack Schobern® Classic Muffin Mix
1/3 Cup Water (75ml)
1/2 Cup Melted Butter (120ml)
3 Eggs

Prepare

Preheat the oven to 180*. Grease the muffin tin or line them with muffin cups for easy release.

Whisk/Combine

Place all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer or a hand whisk, mix on slow speed for 30 secs until combined. Increase the speed to medium for 3-4mins. Spoon the batter into prepared muffin tins.

Bake

Bake at 160* for 20 to 25mins or until the centre is springy to touch or toothpick comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool before removing from the tin
