1 Pack Schobern® Classic No bake Cheesecake Mix

3 Tbsp Butter

3/4th Cup Water

Recipe

Prepare Base

Place crust mix and melted butter in a bowl and combine with a spoon until combined. Spread the mixture on a springform pan and press firmly with a spoon on the bottom. Your base is ready. Refrigerate while preparing filing.

Cheesecake Filing Mix

Using an electric mixer, whip together the filling mix and water for 3-4 minutes until it is thick and creamy. Spoon the creamy filing mixture onto the prepared base. Smooth it out and pop it into the freezer for 2 hours.

Enjoy

To achieve clean cuts, dip knife in hot water and clean it after each cut. Cut into 8 pieces. Refrigerate any leftovers and consume within 2 days.
