Divide the mixture evenly among your serving glasses or jars, pressing firmly with a spoon to create a solid base.
Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Cheesecake Filling:
Using an electric mixer, whip together the cheesecake filling mix and water for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is thick and creamy.
